The pair missed Arsenal’s clash with Newcastle last weekend due to safety concerns.
Kolasinac and Ozil were involved in an attempted carjacking recently and they were pulled out of the first Premier League game over ongoing “security threats”.
But Emery has confirmed the pair are back and could feature against Burnley this weekend.
Emery said: “They came back training with us on Tuesday, they came to start training with us, we had it off.
“Mesut Ozil is a little sick, he didn’t train yesterday.
“Each training gives us good information, different options with them.
“Am I pleased to have them back? Of course.”
Ozil’s future at the Emirates is in doubt with MLS side DC United believed to be keen.
Ozil pockets around £350,000-a-week at Arsenal and getting his wage out of the club could be seen as a positive.
The German has had numerous bust-ups with Emery during his time in north London.
Emery axed the playmaker last season, claiming the German wasn’t up to the physicality of the Premier League.
Emery has previously been vocal on Ozil, claiming the Arsenal star must prove his worth this season.
He said: “It’s a key season for all of us – and Mesut is very important.
“Can he play in matches in our way? We need him helping us with his quality.
“He’s the same as every player. I want their best performances, individually and collectively, with big behaviour and big commitment.”
