Grease star Olivia Newton-John, 70, shared the news of her health at the Industry Dance Awards & Cancer Benefit Show in Hollywood on Wednesday.

Reflecting on her cancer battle, she told Entertainment Tonight: “I just want everyone to know, I’m here, I’m doing great. I’m doing really well and I’m really healthy.”

Olivia went on to say she had a “challenging year” after breaking her sacrum.

She added: “It was a challenging year because I broke my sacrum and I had to learn to walk again and everything.

“But I am strong and I am back and I’m feeling good and loving every minute.”

Despite her recent health struggle, Olivia was all smiles at the event as she posed for the cameras on the red carpet.

The actress was seen posing for pictures with the likes of Jane Seymour, Kenny Ortega and Delta Goodrem.

For her event attire, the Grease star sported a white suit with a velvet silver top and matching shoes.

Th mother-of-one was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 1992.

After a partial mastectomy, chemotherapy and breast reconstruction, she beat the disease.

But, Olivia’s cancer reappeared for a second time in 2013 and she underwent treatment again in private.

Olivia was diagnosed with cancer for a third time in 2017, which resulted in a tumour in her lower spine.

This time around, she was told her cancer was stage four and had spread to her bones.

Earlier this month, Olivia Newton-John said she will auction off items from the Grease movie to raise funds for her Cancer Wellness & Research Centre.

Olivia’s centre is currently raising funds for clinical trials on medicinal marijuana.

The actress’ husband John Easterling founded the Amazon Herb Company and grows cannabis which helps treat her.

Olivia previously told Australia’s Sunday Night: “In California, it’s legal to grow a certain amount of plants for your own medicinal purposes.

“I’m very lucky that I live in a state where it’s legal and that I have a husband that is a plant-medicine man.”

Earlier this month, Olivia said she refuses to call her cancer a “battle”.

Speaking to 60 Minutes, she said: “It’s something that I’m living with but I don’t see it that way. It’s a choice. Everything’s a choice.

“I see it as something in my body that I’m getting rid of. I don’t talk about a battle or a war,” she added.
