THIS is the terrifying moment a man pulled a replica gun in a shopping centre in Perth.
The unidentified man can be seen walking past shops at the Bentley Shopping Plaza before reportedly holding it to a woman’s head.
Shoppers, who didn’t know it wasn’t a real weapon – ran out of the man’s way as he points the replica pistol at a security guard.
He inches further and further into the shopping centre as the security guards backs away.
The man then held his weapon to a woman’s head, 7 News reported.
The horrifying events, which unfolded at about 2pm local time (7am BST), ended when a hero bystander tackled the man to the ground as police officers arrested him.
The man has not been charged yet, but it is understood detectives will allege he pointed the gun at a woman’s head and tried to steal her car.
They will also allege he threatened customers at the plaza and stole alcohol.

Police said the replica pistol was held together with tape.
